About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat pricing and hourly pricing. My Customers prefer flat pricing, because there are no surprises, and no cost overruns.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sit down and work out the details of what is wanted, and then I go get prices, work up a bid, and deliver it by email. If a project requires a visit to an Architect, I meet them there.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I am training for HVAC Certification
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been fascinated with how things are made. Remodeling and repair have me disassembling and rebuilding all the time.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
Realtors and Home Owners, Commercial Tenants and Business Owners.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
a large bathroom remodel, complete with full heated flooring, tile throughout, soaking tub, and large walk in closet space. It took almost a month to complete.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for license, bond, AND insurance. Also, it helps to ask how many years they have done this kind of work, and if they have references for your review.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I always hope the Customer will know what they want, and have some idea what it should cost.
