About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects high quality work that is completed quickly. I have a process that sets me ahead of the competition so expect it done well, fast, and clean.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to discuss your project on the phone, and schedule an in person estimate immediately. the estimate is free. I will come to your home, get the best idea I can from you of what you are looking for, then I go home and design and estimate from there.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have superior management skills that I have accumulated from several management position as well as decades of experience in construction. I have the knowledge and the experience to make every reno a smooth one.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing this as a kid actually. I really just always loved to build stuff, my first build was Fort Wood constructed out of old farm style fencing wood that I buried posts for and stacked the fencing vertically to create walls, civil war fence style ;). From there my first job at 13 was as a stone masons assistant from which I went on to demolition, carpentry, trim carpentry, plumbing, excavation work, metal work, concrete work, brick/block work, drywall, painting, and just about everything except electric. I have worked on Residential Projects, Commercial Projects and Industrial large scale power plant projects as well.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with a variety of customers. I am very straight forward and honest. My prices reflect the quality of service and product you will receive. know that I build a buffer into the estimate so that if there are no unforeseen extra costs that arise, I can throw in something extra to really wow the customer. My goal is to under promise and over deliver every time. you don't realize the true value behind the cost of my services until we are ahead of schedule and under budget so I offer you the upgraded appliances at no extra cost, or an additional home service at no extra cost, that’s when the wow factor sets in. After that it’s a snowball effect as the project is completed and each time you revisit it you will be wowed by the quality of craftsmanship and the service you received.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently put in a bathroom that I really enjoyed doing. Every project is unique and fulfilling from solving challenging construction issues, to seeing the customers face when its all said and done.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking to hire a provider in your area give me a call and I will make sure you get exactly what you are looking for, but the best advice I can offer is to have your financials squared away ahead of time. prepare to spend more than you thought, its crazy out here right now with fuel and materials cost. Ive never seen anything like it. Don't rush to sign a contractor, take your time choosing and see multiple people. Dont trust big box names or anybody that has a lot of apparel. Thats all extra money that could have been spent on you and your project. While at the same time don't just trust any old joe smoe trying to get you to sign a contract and put a deposit down. If you wouldn't let them spend the night, you probably dont want them working in your home. Last but not least watch out for people with prior construction companies. Check them and their spouses info through L&I, or whomever owns the company, look for past or current law suits etc. you don’t want to be hiring contractors with a bad contracting past.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is your budget? Do you know styles or designs you would like to go together? How soon would like to start and finish the project? How can I make this experience the best possible for you? What are you looking for in a contractor, what qualities values and traits?
