Waterboy has over 15,000 customers currently, and is home to Roy Roy the Waterboy who has sold and serviced Rainsoft water treatment systems for over 35 years. Waterboy covers a 60 mile radius from Winchester. This area is known for its troublesome water, such as odor, iron, bacteria, ph issues, sediment, hardness, and many other. Waterboy takes pride in all aspects of our business, from sales, installation, service and customer satisfaction, we care.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Waterboy comes out to the project, test the water, explains the test and what treatment is needed to remedy the issue. Waterboy believes that education is the key to everthing.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  Not all water treatment equipment is the same. A water softener can not remove everything in the water. Most of all, buy water treatment equipment for a business that services what they sell.
