  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      I do my estimates for free and about the pricing i have a list guide that my brother and stepdad use which i can negotiate if the job is easier than usual i don’t mind helping my clients i just want to be able to fix any issues so my clients can use their plumbing
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      First i like to introduce myself and i do my estimate for free it depends on the client if they want to work with me or not but i always take my time to check the issue and explain whats going on

      The first time i was around this kind of job was 8 years ago but i started 2 years ago i been to a lot of houses fixing plumbing issues.

      I started because of my older brother he is been doing this for 15 years and he taught me my step dad is a plumber too
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      In this business we find different types of customers but what i care the most is communication in my perspective that is the key for any relationship
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      This last wekeend i changed a water heater in less than 2 hours but what i always say to my clients is not about how long i take is about the quality of job i do .
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      The best advice in my perspective is hire somebody that you can communicate with and that is looking to help you not to take advantage of you. For me honesty and communication are key
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      It all depends in the customer each customer have different questions and i really don’t mind answering them
