  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      Most of our services fee $170 which includes inspection of the unit/equipment/houses/area of works. We diagnose why your stove, dishwasher, dryer, refrigerator, lawnmower, grill, etc not working. Find right parts or materials and order them.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      When we received request or booking from new customers and scoop of work not clearly explain in description, we ask customer to explain details of work. Asking pictures of the area of work. Model number of the equipment.

      For the construction work (woodwork, electrical, plumbing) I have around 16 years of experience For the equipment work I have 8 years of experience working with different of electronics For lawnmower I have directly 6 years of experience + 6 years I fixed helicopter and 13 years military ground vehicles including generators.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      I like working independently and 6 years ago I opened my own business doing handyman job.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      I am working with all type customer except dead ones. :)
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      Last big project was one week when customer bought the townhouse and want to do small refresh remodel. I changed all lights, chandlers, switches, outlets, bathroom facets, toilets, thermostats, etc
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      When you ready to remodel or fixing items in your home please be more specific, giving model numbers, pictures. It's help a lot to give you more accurate estimate.

      If I'm ready now to fix or remodel or assembly
