About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing with options for your choosing.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a friendly greeting, we get right to work diagnosing your issues to be able to give the best options. Once an option is selected, we get the issue solved in an optimal manner and payment is taken. We leave you with the satisfaction in knowing that you have a plumbing company that will take care of you if anything happens with your plumbing system.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Plumber and Master Gasfitter with contracting licensing in VA and NC, certifications in Rinnai tankless water heaters, and Gastite gas pipe. I have also been trained in sewer inspection, location and cleaning and many other facets of the plumbing trade.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this trade when my brother invited me to help him with a new construction plumbing company he was working for. I enjoyed the satisfying feeling of creating a working plumbing system for a home from the ground up and that eventually led to me helping others figure out and solve their personal plumbing issues. I really gained a love for the trade, solving problems and helping others.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with home owners, Real Estate agents, Property Managers, Commercial businesses, Restaurant Owners, Ect.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently had a clogged sewer call that turned into pipe replacement when we found, with the sewer camera, that when the house was built, the concrete contractor had broken a part of the sewer that was located under the front porch. We had to cut the front porch to access and replace the pipe that had roots from their bushes growing into it. We then replaced the bad soil with new sand and did the concrete repair. This project took about a day and a half from start to finish.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking to hire a local plumber, make sure they are licensed and insured. It also helps to check their website and reviews. I would suggest not calling a plumbing company to ask for pricing. Most pricing can only be done on site for a variety of reasons. Most people don't know that calling companies for pricing usually costs the plumbing companies hefty lead fees that can be avoided by doing a quick google search for ballpark pricing on certain types of projects.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There are many questions to think through before calling a plumbing professional. I would say that it would be a good idea to know some basic measurements of your project. When it comes to water heaters, its a good idea to know the size of the heater, type of venting, and fuel source.
