About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nobody likes surprises, so we prefer being transparent upfront. That usually puts us in the middle of the competitive price range. It also means we rarely have to increase pricing from our quoted estimate, unless the scope changes significantly.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone call or video call to assess the scope of the project. We have blue stake come out to mark any utility lines. We schedule a date to start work and prefer to stay on-site until the job is completed. Unless we're waiting on a third-party, we won't start another job until your job is completed.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 25 years of experience and have training and certification that meets or exceeds the scope of our projects.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our founders, Tony and Bob both come from multi-generational excavation families and have been friends for life.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
Home builders, home owners, property management companies, HOAs, gravel pits, state and municipal government, oil fields, and environmental remediation agencies.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
After getting a quote/estimate, ask them this question: "What could go wrong and cause you to increase your price?" and "How likely is that?"
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
To avoid surprises on either side, be prepared and upfront with as much detail as you can provide on your project.
