Introduction

For over 17 years, we've been serving Utah with top-notch plumbing, heating and air conditioning services. Our motto, "Done Fast, Done Right" is more than just a saying - it's our commitment to providing 5-star service every time. Our technicians are the best in the business, always expertly taking care of your home. We never cut corners and always give you multiple options for the work you want done, ensuring that you're in control of your own home's comfort and plumbing needs. And with 24/7 availability, we're always here to help you out in case of an emergency. We charge an industry-standard $69 service fee for HVAC and running a special introductory no charge service fee for plumbing. After hours and weekends, the fee may be higher to compensate our technicians for being available to help after hours outside of their regular shift. However, our business hours service fee can be credited towards your repairs. For anyone looking for a new system or equipment, we offer free estimates for your home and family's needs. With many financing options available, we can help you pick the perfect system for your budget and needs. At our core, we're a family-friendly and fun team, always striving to exceed industry standards and provide you with the best service possible. We look forward to helping you! Our service area is as far north as Ogden, as far south as Spanish fork, as far east as park city and as west as Tooele. We do not work on camp trailers or 5th wheels but do work on mobile homes/double wides etc.

About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront flat rate pricing, this means the price you agree to is the price you pay. No hidden gimmicks, surcharges or fees. Some companies may not charge you a service or dispatch fee if you opt for their repairs but they hide that in their price because nothing is really free. We are completely Transparent with our pricing and fees for any work performed.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather your information and schedule you for your appointment to assess the work you need whether its just repairing something simple to the biggest of jobs you can imagine. Our dispatcher will keep you informed of the technician's arrival time and will make sure you're available. We believe communication is important. Once your technician arrives he will wear shoe covers to protect your floors and will ask you questions pertaining to the work you need done. We always give multiple options so you can choose the scope of work you want completed.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We believe in hands on training as well as in class instruction. We provide weekly and monthly technical training as well as on site hands on training for our techs. We believe in being the best we can be. We are NATE certified, EPA certified, RMGA certified and have actually taken and passed the s350 proficiency exam that used to be required to do hvac in Utah. The state no longer requires a proficiency exam so a lot of contractors have not been required to prove they know the specifics of our trade to get their license but we have!! The owner, Ian, even installed the furnace and A/C units in the building they used to take the tests in almost 2 decades ago.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started heating and air conditioning fresh out of high school helping my friend's dad put together ductwork on job sites. I loved it so much that I stuck with it. 17 years later I don't regret a thing and would do it all over again in a heart beat.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We've done work for every walk of life. There's nobody we don't enjoy having a conversation with.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We do lots of excavation work to fix sewer drains going to houses. Sometimes these projects can go 10' deep underground and require large excavators and trench shoring and lots of digging. It's hard work but it can be a lot of fun!
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for experienced professionals. There may be a cheaper price out there somewhere but you really do get what you pay for.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How soon are you looking to get started? Pricing changes frequently in this industry due to supply and demand, government regulations, availability, inflation and general cost of goods.
