About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on giving a homeowner a good priced plumber that will do the job correctly with out breaking the bank. We offer senior discounts and military discounts also.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let us know, through Thumbtack what your looking to have done in your home and we can either message back and forth if it's easiest to communicate this way. We can send you our number to call us on the phone to ask any questions you may have or we can come to you to walk through a job that is hard to explain without seeing it to give you a free quote.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees that work for us have or are in the process of completing the state requirements of getting a journeymen plumbing license. We also hold a master plumbing license to preform any work needed on your home or buisness.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Northridge plumbing is a family owned Buisness. I am the second generation and grew up working by my father's side and learning from the best. I gained a love for this work at a young age and knew that I wanted to do this through out my life.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We are happy to work with all customers. We are fair and honest with every homeowner we meet, whether you are a young newly married couple or a older more experienced widow. From just getting started in a career and where money is tight, to someone who has worked hard their whole life to build their fortune and doesn't won't to spend it all on a plumbing repair.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently worked with a young mom who was doing her best to make it for her family. Her water heater went out and left her with out hot water for the weekend and a partially flooded basement. We came out quickly after hours and helped to suck up the water and dry things out with large fans and got here back on her feet with a new water heater for a great price because she really needed the help and couldn't afford much.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You have worked hard for your home, family and life style and you deserve to feel like it's going to be takin care of by someone you hire. We have chosen to stay a smaller company, so we can better control the quality of employee's we have and don't look too grow so large that we are willing to hire just anyone to come into your home, to keep up with all the demand of plumbing service in utah. I like the platform that Thumbtack offers the customer. To get a small look into a company before hiring just anyone... Take advantage of getting a couple quotes on each project and look at the reviews of those companies from previous customers, so you can kinda get to know who it is that you are trusting to come into your home.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
A customer, needs to think about what they want from their experience with a plumbing company. Ideas of things to think about: 1- looking at reviews, do I feel past customers have had a good experience with this company. 2-looking at employee photos, do I feel like this is someone that my family and I can feel safe inviting into our home. 3-Has this company been in business for awhile and proven to show the quality of work to always be there for the needs of your home. 4-Is this companies pricing fair and do I have to worry about inviting them in for a minor repair and feeling like I was taken advantage of by the time they left. 5-Is this company properly insured, trained and licensed to work on you home. Any handyman or neighor can do plumbing, but to have someone who specializes in what they do can give peace of mind that the job was done correctly.
