  We charge a $69 trip fee/service call fee to access the issue but this will be waived if we are hired. This fee is only for general work. Estimates for large projects are still no charge.

  Permits and inspections are almost always required and to have this you must hire a licensed Plumber/Contractor. Anyone who does sub-par work and does not pull permits will be working illegally and you will run into problems down the line with the work itself, safety issues, city fines, Home Owners' Association issues and problems selling your home.
