Introduction

Hello, I'm Josh Garvin from Waco. I’m offering my plumbing service to the Waco area with over 25 years experience in all areas of plumbing from residential, new construction, repair, remodel and small commercial projects. We are small, but have the ability to treat each customer with care, getting the job done efficiently. Our goal is that word of mouth is the best advertisement out there today.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Pricing is always negotiable and though we try to have a template for most repairs each one can have a variable depending on each situation.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I like keeping my process for new customers the same for everyone. When we get the call, we schedule a time to come out and do the repair or give advise on what is best in the situation. The most important aspect I believe is to be upfront and keep customers aware of repair cost. During this time we understand time and money is important to everyone on both sides.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have many years of company management, technician training, and customer care in the plumbing profession for the last 20 years
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  I have been doing plumbing since coming out of high school in the 90s. I do service repair then moved to new construction custom homes. Then project manager for commercial projects.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  Residential, commercial, real estate, private investors
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  The Barndominiums are definitely something new and intriguing how builders are turning metal shops into beautiful homes on the inside.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  Nowadays, it’s very hard to decide who we should hire. Many people depend on reviews to choose a plumber or any trade and can only rely on these reviews or word of mouth. Because I am new to the plumbing service, I will work extra hard to make you satisfied with the work and customer care in hopes of building, my own word of mouth and reviews for my company.
