About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide considerably more reasonable pricing compared to my competitors. I also offer a 15% discount for military, veterans, first responders, nurses, teachers and elderly
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Providing the customer with professional advice and honest answers to any questions they may have
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandpa got me started, he was a plumber from 1973 to 2003 I had the privilege of gaining his knowledge and love for the trade at a young age,
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with people of all different backgrounds, religions, ethnicities, and cultures, no one is turned away and everyone deserves a fair a understanding contractor they can trust
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My specialty is water heater and water softener installs, I’m proud of the fact I can provide great looking work that’s not only eye appealing but will last a long time and provide my customers with the peace of mind that they have quality work they don’t have to get worked on or fixed every other year, I usually install the heaters and softeners in about 2 hours with picking up the units, removing the old one, installing the new units and hauling off the old
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always take their professionalism into consideration , how responsive they are, how informative are they and can they answer any questions you may have in a way you can understand, also take their pricing into consideration, if they are extremely cheap then expect to have sub par service and work that will more than likely fail and they won’t warranty the work more than likely, always remember you get what you pay for but there is also a line that can be crossed that’s too expensive, they will try to justify it by saying it’s all the overhead and it’s the “quality of their product” all while only providing you with just a one yr parts and labor warranty on their work? That just doesn’t sit right with me and it shouldn’t with you either
