Introduction

Zoom Drain & Sewer Service is a full service provider of residential & commercial drain cleaning and inspection. We’re best known for fast response times and our ability to provide focused solutions to drain & sewer problems. From sinks, toilets, and tubs to main drains, roof drains, storm drains, and anything else that carries water, we’ve got you covered. We also offer grease trap cleaning services and planned preventative maintenance.

About Us

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  We give free estimates and we don't perform any work without your authorization.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  We service residential, commercial and industrial customers. We also work hand in hand with most plumbers. Most general plumbers can do drains to a degree, however, we can help out when it gets beyond what they are equipped for. We also work directly with homeowners, business owners, managers and facilities.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  Find someone who is available at all times - drains don't care what day or time it is! Find someone who has the proper equipment at all times - always make sure a water jet and camera is coming... When you have time sensitive emergencies you don't want to sit around waiting on people to pick up equipment!
