About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are an upfront company that wants to do what is right by our customers. We only proceed with approval so you know the cost up front and if anything changes outside the scope of work, pricing and authorizations will be achieved before proceeding.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all of our customers the same, like family. Whether you are new to the Airmasters family or have been a valued family customer for a long time.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are masters of all of our trades because of our name but we have various technicians throughout the state licensing process.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's a family business but started back in 1985 when the owner decided he wanted something for himself and his own family and in the process created a family at Airmasters with our longest employee being with us for 27 years! From our plumber: It's hard to remember the exact reason from 25 years ago when I began, but I'm a family man and needed to take care of my family and knew plumbing was a trade that would always provide me work to take care of them.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
Anyone and everyone. We are here to serve you!
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We love any project where we can help provide comfort in your home! We recently have done projects from replacing water heaters to refurbishing an entire apartment complex and we proud of all of them. No job is too big or too small!
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask to see their license. There should never be a problem with a plumber showing their license. You can always access that online too through the TSBPE or TDLR.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Is this my only option or are there other options available to me? You should always be given options and they should be able to guide you through the questions that need to be answered.
