About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very transparent with why I price the way I do. Just ask! **FYI, I offer a same day/less than 24 notice/after hours service for an additional fee on top of my provided quote for you.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with new or old customers remain the same. I keep in constant contact. Over communication is better than zero communication. I arrive on time, if not earlier, and always let my customers know when I'm going to be late. I walk the project over with the customer and let them know my game plan. When I've completed the project, I let the customer know and have them look over my work to make sure the job was done with care and is of high quality. I clean up any mess that I have made unless told not to. I leave with a smile on my face knowing that the customer is satisfied.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Gather at least 3 quotes so that you can make an informed decision. The more quotes you get the better.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Do I have the parts that need to be installed? Have I measured everything appropriately? Was I detailed enough in my description?
