  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      We offer upfront competitive pricing based on scope of work. We will always explain and get approval before starting any work. We do charge a dispatch fee but that amount will be applied towards any approved tasks. We offer discounts for Veterans and senior citizens.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      After discussion of work needed, we will then set up an appointment. Upon arrival we will inspect and gather information needed to complete the task. Our service technician will review in detail the scope of work with pricing, options and customer approval. Once work is completed, tested and customer satisfied we will seek same day payment always.

      12+yr Plumbing experience Residential, commercial and industrial experience Lead field technician/Supervisor for million dollar service company

      Started plumbing while in high school with family owned plumbing business.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      Make sure to hire a provider who knows the area and codes who is licensed and insured. Always ask for full disclosure on things that could potentially go wrong and added costs. Make sure not to cut back on quality due to cost,. Plumbing systems serviced poorly or cheaply can ultimately cost thousands more than paying for quality work upfront.

      Outline and plan of project needed Realistic time frame for project completion Specifications of fixtures (customer chosen) to replace or repair
