  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      We offer a senior citizen discount as well as a military discount of 15%. Our service fee during regular business hours (8 am-5 pm M-F) is $49 for residential and $75 for commercial. After hours , weekends and holidays service fee is $150 for residential and $200 for commercial. We're running two current promotions for summer: 1. Free estimates for tankless water heater installations 2. 15% off all hose spigot replacements

      Arrive at service location, ask questions and inspect issues. Explain problem(s), the plan to fix (problem), cost to fix, and how to care/ avoid problem

      8+ years of on the job plumbing experience
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      I had family members in other trades. I started out as a plumbing helper. I advanced my experience, realized I was really good at what I was doing so I stayed in the trade and furthered my career. I set goals for myself to become licensed to achieve my goals of having my own plumbing company.

      All sorts of customers. Renters, homeowners, contractors, property management companies.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      I would advise to make sure the provider is licensed and insured. I would also advise that they make sure the provider has experience in the line of work they would be providing.
