About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are happy to extend discounts for Active military, Seniors, and our Rapid Club members.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New or Old customers, we will treat you with the highest level of service. There is about 2 minutes of additional questions to get you set up in our system.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entire team goes through rigorous hvac training prior to being field techs with a combined work experience of over 100 years of service.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Rapid Response Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a locally owned and operated HVAC and Plumbing service company. The business was started due to a need for high quality service in Williamson County.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked on everything from HVAC systems on houseboats to hvac systems for some of the largest homes in Williamson County.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We arrived at a customers house because her unit was not cooling. Her current company couldn’t fit her into thwir schedule she she called us. She thought she just needed her refrigerant topped off and her current company was coming back every 6 months for a refill. We informed her that there is a major issue if she even needs any refrigerant refilled. We found the source of her leak was from a valve. Replaced the valve for $25 and saved her $1000s in “refills.”
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are hiring a licensed professional. Outside of your roof the hvac system is the most expensive component on your house, and making sure it is being maintained and repaired by a professional will ensure efficiency and longevity.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There are massive changes in refrigerant types from R22 to the new R454B. Make sure to ask your professional about these changes and what it means in the near future for your system.
