  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      We offer a $55 service fee to come out and evaluate the situation to provide you with upfront pricing. If there is additional diagnostics that require special equipment we notify customers upfront so they know exactly what to expect.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      We start by building a customer portfolio that allows us to keep track of all services, estimates and warranties you have been provided. Our software combines a photo library and heavy documentation of your plumbing system to ensure we can provide you with the best possible solutions for all your plumbing needs.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      4 years of trade school along with numerous factory certifications and 22 years in the field.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      I was looking for a career out of high school and found a apprenticeship add in my local newspaper with Associated Builders and Contractors and that was that.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      I have worked on numerous projects over the years such as hospitals, schools, rail depots, prisons and residential new construction. the last 17 years have been heavily focused on emergency service and repair. in that time I've worked closely with all major insurance companies and distributers warranty departments, this experience will ensure that your problem will get addressed in the most efficient way possible.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      The new 55 gallon Essency electric heat exchanger water heater has recently hit the market in Tennessee. It is an excellent alternative for people who have electric and no gas that would like the benefits of a tankless water heater. With a 20 year warranty on the tank and it’s titanium heating elements and heat exchanger it is a game changer.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      Always make sure that whoever you hire is licensed and insured. Along with reviews and overall responsiveness.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      It's good to research what you would like to accomplish before having a tradesman arrive on site. If you aren't into doing the research yourself rest easy knowing that we have decades of experience and will take the time to educate you so you can make the right decision that works for your situation.
