About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price out each job individually. However if a client has a few different projects needing to be done i can group them together and give an even bigger discount.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make them as comfortable as possible about working with me and my company. I try to explain EVERYTHING in very simple terms so they can understand the work and the process of what needs to be done.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for large HVAC / plumbing companies in the past along with property management offices. So yes I keep up on all the current products, services, and training. I have been in the industry for about 20 years now.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I kinda just fell into it. I enjoy working with my hands and at an early age i just started fixing things. So after a few years in the field of doing this type of work i went to college for business, along with all the HVAC trade schools. I started doing Heating and Cooling and soon found that my clients wanted more. They liked my work ethic and soon were asking me to do more for them. Before I knew it my Heating and Cooling turned into a Home Services company.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
Heating and Cooling, light plumbing to include Water heaters (tank and tankless), light electrical, pressure washing, and general handyman work. On a service call I usually save a customer 100's of dollars no matter what the job may be. On replacement of HVAC equipment and water heaters i can usually save them 1000's and still give all the warranties that the biggest companies offer.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am proud of all the work I perform regardless of the time it taks to do it. one of the most recent jobs that I am particularly fond of is the complete house flip that I did inside and out. I have Pictures of the Kitchen, bathrooms and flooring in the gallery.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would say to really look at the reviews and the amount of them. Photos are good to see but they don't speak to the quality of the work. the people leaving reviews have first hand knowledge of the work that was done. sometimes you may find a less expensive provider but is the level of work as good?
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I would say for anyone needing work done to their homework. Online is a great way to start. Try to get as much information as possible for what your needing done. I can usually quote you an exact price right over the phone without even coming to your house.
