Introduction

Hey folks, my wife and I just relocated to the Bristol, Virginia area and we're very eager to lend a hand. We've been in the handyman business for over 8 years. Check out our reviews and what our previous customers had to say. We look forward to meeting new customers and making new friends. I love working with my hands and helping people. We help folks with small repairs around the house. We do not take on remodeling projects of any kind Thanks for checking me out. Mention reading our intro for 25% off your first service. And, as always, there is NEVER a trip charge or service charge added to our total!

About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What we quote is what you pay. No trip or travel charge. Discounts for age 65+
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm very easy going when it comes to my customers, new or old. I'm here for you, to help you get a task finished. When you're ready, I'm here.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the last 25 years I have been a butcher for several different grocers, so I know how to interact with customers and make people feel comfortable. Before that I was in construction. From trim work, to general carpentry, painting, light plumbing, light electrical, and window treatments. I've done a little bit of everything.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I actually got tired of making money for others and being taken advantage of. I believe I offer a good service at a great price. You could pay a professional to swap out a light fixture, but why not use his "helper" for a fraction of the cost. Save the professional until you need your house rewired.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of customers and in a wide range of homes. We have helped younger people in apartments too first time home buyers, too the older people in their forever home.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Replaced a garbage disposal for a client who had already purchased a new unit. The install went flawlessly, I was in and out of the house very quickly and with very little inconvenience to the customer.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do a little research on what's required of the job you need done. This way you have a little knowledge on the subject and it makes it harder to get the wool over your eyes
