About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No two projects are the same. Each has its own individual characteristics and requirements, and thus pricing.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to make them feel comfortable and educate them on the next step to progress forward. Most customers have an idea of what it is they want, but they need help with some of the final details, and the next steps necessary to achieve their desired goal.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I've been fortunate to work with people from all walks of life, both private and professional. I have had the pleasure of working with homeowners, general contractors, real estate agents, property management companies, industrial manufacturing facilities, military personnel, and many others
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The biggest piece of advice I would try to emphasis is be wary of the contractor that has the cheapest price going, or that they do not require a deposit prior to projects commencement. More than likely they do not have an established business, the proper insurances backing them, or knowledge. In today's society you get what you pay for, especially when it comes to taking on a project by yourself. Be patient and evaluate the price and references/reviews accordingly because a quality craftsman is worth waiting for, so be patient and schedule.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I would recommend not only thinking through what the finished product should look like, and the process in which it takes to get there, but also consider the cost per square foot of the work being done versus the going selling price per square foot in your neighborhood. Do some research and ensure your not over investing,or under investing.
