About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do cash discounts. For HVAC I charge a $75 diagnostic fee to find what’s wrong with the system and provide the right solution.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free consultation for quotes.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Construction management degree(In process), certification in home improvement, HVAC EPA, HVAC license
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Got into HVAC in the local 486 union and also worked for residential companies. I did home improvement on the side working for a contractor friend and started my side business while in the union.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      Residential, commercial, and industrial.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
4 ton DC inverter install, fuel fuel with propane furnace backup.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Many customers think right away how long will it take? Which is a great question but also should ask how good will the quality be? If the person hesitates to answer that questions he’s nervous about how good his quality of work is.
