  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      My prices for repairs vary. My service fee is 85$ plus labor per hour . Most of my calls, I will be able to tell the customer the issue within 20 minutes. When it comes to service, I take pride in being honest and straight forward. Any installations are based on the situation .All of my estimates are free.

      I treat everyone as I would like to be treated. I first gain information about the job at hand . All my estimates are what the job will cost . No hidden fees .

      2 Years of Pittsburgh Technical Institute HVAC-R degree. Field experience of 8 years as a lead installer and field service tech. NATE certified, EPA certified ICE certified
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      When others went to 4 year schools . I went to tech school in 2013. Been busy ever since !
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      I have worked with mostly homeowners . I have found that being able to help someone while providing for myself is more gratifying than trying to get rich by misleading others.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      The past week I did a conversion of a heat pump to a gas furnace for a customer . It took longer than an average two days for a furnace and ac installation but when I was finished both parties were happy .He now is watching the power bill diminish!
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      You never know what the technician’s commission is . Working as a non commission based employee . I was able to shoot it straight. I now have that in me still as an owner
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      I would always think through asking if the equipment needs replaced. You will most certainly get a yes from most companies.
