Introduction

Hi my name is Fernando and I've been in the plumbing trade for over 10 years. I worked for a big outfit based out of Delaware where I learned the majority of the plumbing I know. Through the years I have tackled many different projects. From plumbing to electrical to Flooring. I even became a pretty good painter as well.I'm always getting my hands dirty with alot of resendential projects and nothing brings me more joy than the look of satisfaction on a customer's face after I completed one of their projects. I love to install new fixtures, troubleshoot repairs, and leave out knowing my customer is satisfied. I love new challenges and opportunities and plumbing and other trades, has given me plenty of both. So if you're looking for a reasonable price with quality work, then I'm your guy.

About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Even within the same type of repair, there can be substantial variation in the cost of one plumbing job to another. The factors affecting plumbing repair costs may include these: • Any after-hours repairs needed • Any labor and permits required • Complexity of the job • Location of your home • Plumber's expertise
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate in the project clearly through text or phone calls or even face-to-face, explaining everything in detail step-by-step, how the projects going to go coming up with a target start date and end date. And usually that is the process but there is a fee of $50 for a no call no show appointments that I try to make and get no answer from the client. Also there are no free consultations. Some of my clients are over an hour drive one way and that is considered time on site. It’s $100 to come see a potential project but the fee will be waived if hired. If the decision is made to go with another contractor than it will be billed accordingly. Also if you choose the instant booking service through this app then that fee will also be applied. If the job gets cancelled, delayed for a significant time, or anything that may result in the project not commencing than that fee will be billed through invoice.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to vocational school for Plumbing in Delaware for Four years. Del Castle vocational school. I learned the basics of plumbing, blueprints, hydraulic and Pneumatic systems and the newly revised plumbing codes.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing plumbing young with projects with my father who has always been pretty handy. I decided to make it a career later in life and I am so grateful I made that decision. Plumbing has given me a purpose that I’m able to serve my community with and being in service to help people has always been something I take pride in and value.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve been blessed to work with many different customers. From home owners to property management to commercial property managers. I have worked with a lot of clients from all different backgrounds.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was recently called to help an elderly woman who lived alone and hadn’t had hot water for almost a year! Her water went out and she didn’t have money for repairs or no one in her life to help her. No children and all her siblings gone, she reached out to me and I replaced her water heater. The look on her face when she felt hot water coming out of the sink faucet almost brought me to tears. Helping people can come in many ways and I’m just grateful I’m able to do something that may seem small to some but bigger to others.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check your contractors work experience and reviews. Ask for photos and research your projects cost.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Think about your budget and your timeframe. Think about seeing the reviews of the contractors you are looking at to see if they’re reputable and maybe ask for photos. Ask for warranties if they’re are any.
