About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Busy Bee offers very affordable pricing options and will beat any competitors prices (Must show proof of lower price quote from competitor) and we always have special offers and discounts on services and installations
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With any new customer we like to find out the history behind your drains and plumbing, see what areas you have had issues with, find out what has worked and not worked in the past. We want to provide the highest level of quality and satisfaction to make you a customer for life. And we always give out excellent discounts to first time customers.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the drains/plumbing business for over 12 years working with several top companies and have a vast level of knowledge and expert experience to pass on to my customers
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was looking for a career and found a company willing to train from the ground up. I loved helping customers and loved the service I was providing, the rest is history.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with every type of customer from residential to commercial and even industrial.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Dont always choose a company because of the lower prices or their drain unclogging specials and so on, most companies use low prices and specials as a sales tactic to get their foot in the door and sale you on a much more expensive service or repair, whether you need it or not.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
what drains are affected? have you had this problem before? what signs led you to calling a professional? What outcome do you hope to achieve to fix your problem?
