Introduction

We are a turn key contractor from start to finish. We speak in simple terms and love questions. I've been in construction and remediation for 20+ years in Louisiana prior to relocating to OKC area. We offer other services as well. I offer 10% to active military, veterans, first responders and teachers. Married to a teacher and I'm a veteran of the Marine Corps.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Each job is unique and pricing is dependent on the project. We offer a detailed quote at no cost. We offer discounts for active military, veterans, first responders and educators.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Depending on the project, the goal is answer all questions, understand all aspects and make the project a win.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  We hold several licenses and certifications. Fully insured to protect us and the customer. All employees have been background checked and trained for the task requested.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  Started in college working construction, continued my education in construction and essentially went to work post college doing construction. During my career I worked with skilled technicians and as I grew in experience and promotion carried their spirit in my various roles.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  Big imagination to the simple "solve my problem" type.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  Customer called about a mystery sewer odor. Mrs. Sheila was frustrated at the lack of solutions from the previous hygienist that she called. I didn't find the real cause instantly but process of elimination and desire to solve, discovered the plumbing vent in attic was detached from plumbing stack. Simple re connect after gluing. Got a thank you card a few days later with a 25.00 Braum's gift card.

  Insurance is critical. Protects all parties.
