About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give upfront pricing for almost everything we do. Once we give you a price we do not change that price. You don't have to worry about getting hit with a bill that you did not agree on before we started the work.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get a call from a new customer we will answer any questions they have over the phone and schedule a time to come out and look at any issues they have. We will give a price to perform any work before we start. If we agree on a price we will do the work. We will communicate with our customers throughout the process. When we finish we always clean up after ourselves.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our plumbers have gone through an apprenticeship program before getting their license. We also have to do continuing education periodically.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was just about to get out of the army and I knew I wanted to start a career where I could learn to fix up house and I could eventually start my own business. I started as a carpenter but found better opportunities as a plumber. Since I started I have always enjoyed solving problems and helping people with their plumbing problems.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done residential, commercial, and industrial work. I try to stick with customers and small business because I like the personal relationships that come from working with people.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I always enjoy repiping homes and repairing leaks under slabs. Most recently I replaced a water heater for a couple of teachers who were so much fun to work with. Despite them being in a bad situation with their water heater they were laughing and joking. I always do my best to make bad situations a little better and in this particular job my customers were very pleasant to work with.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would say hire a plumber who is going to take the time to teach you about what solutions they are providing and why they are important. Sometimes a plumber can use jargon that most people don't understand and you won't know what or why they are doing what they are doing.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I would recommend the customer think about their budget for a certain project. I know sometimes with a repair their isn't always a choice on what the budget is but many times a plumber can give a good, better, best repair option. If you know your budget then that might make the decision a little easier.
