      We offer flat rate pricing for each job to ensure maximum value to our customers. Our prices always remain the same no matter when we take your service call. (No extra fees for Weekends or evenings.) We also offer a discount exclusive to Thumbtack on the labor for drain cleaning for the following categories: - Seniors - Military - Frontline Nurses / First Responders
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      Upon reviewing the request, we'll reach out via message to see if the customer would like to proceed further. From there, we can attempt to give a quote over the phone, or we can plan a time to come out to the customer's house for a free estimate. If a customer feels comfortable with us as their chosen contractor, they can expect top quality service from the beginning of the project to the end.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      We have nearly a decade of combined experience in drain cleaning and light plumbing work.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      We started with residential renovations before moving into plumbing and drain work professionally with larger national companies. We decided to create our own company once we realized there was a substantial price gap in service work that companies were charging, and then paying their employees. Customers were paying more, and workers were making less. We wanted to design a company that provides excellent service, that builds in great value for customers, while paying our employees fair wages.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      Currently we do exclusively residential work.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      Make sure they have your best interests at heart. Free estimates are a good indicator that a contractor is more interested in your concerns, instead of making a quick buck.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      Here at Honey Go Fix It, we fully support the DIYers out there. Before paying a contractor, ask yourself if it's something you feel comfortable handling on your own. If not, gather all of the details possible before contacting a contractor. This will help contractors discern if it's a project they can take and will ensure the customer gets the best quotes in the shortest amount of time.
