About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are flat rate and upfront, we do not work by the hour but instead by the job. All work is approved before we begin.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customer service rep. will schedule the customer and dispatch will call and let them know when the technician is on his way. The technician will go over the systems of the house and relay any safety changes that need addressed along with any of the customer's concerns. The technician will then present options from a repair up to replacing. The customer will then make an informed decision. If work is to be done, the technician will begin work and do their best to finish that day. Payment is collected that day.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are trained, licensed and insured.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner started the business in 2001 out of a van after doing electrical work in the Navy and heating/cooling/plumbing for another contractor. He and his wife have grown the business to what it is today.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      Residential only.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Installing a new A/C for a customer that had respiratory issues to improve thier quality of life.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We do our best to provide the highest standard in home service.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Besides fixing systems, how can we make your life easier in the kitchen, bathroom, with lighting in the whole house, and how can we improve your air quality?
