Introduction

If you are looking for a little help maintaining your home or if you have rental property that needs attention, I can help. I offer residential maintenance and repair services. I work with homeowners and investors to ensure properties remain in great condition. I offer the following services: painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, ceramic tile, finish carpentry, rough framing and kitchen or bath updates. I offer straight forward pricing and free estimates.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  My base rate for handyman work is $150 for two hours of service and any additional time is billed at $75 per hour.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I am a certified HVAC technician.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  I worked for a property maintenance company for 2 years and worked industrial maintenance for 1 year. I started taking on “side work” and eventually decided to work for myself.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  I primarily work with homeowners but currently have three commercial clients.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  Make sure the individual has liability insurance and ask for references.
• What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  Ask about their background. Make sure they aren’t watching YouTube videos to figure out how to do a repair.
