  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      I have 2 ways of charging customers..it’s either 175 for service calls or I charge by the job, depending on what type of job it is and how big of a job it is

      I would introduce myself and explain to the owner what I would be exactly doing

      I was an apprentice for a couple years

      I worked for a different plumbing company years ago

      I worked will all types of customers happy go lucky and angry customers because of the plumbing issue their having
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      I replaced a leaking galvanized Tee in the wall behind the kitchen sink and ran about 15’ of new PVC pipe down into the basement. It took a couple of hours.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      Make sure the plumber knows what he’s doing and make sure he doesn’t overcharge you
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      I would say just make sure you know how to describe the issue your having so the plumber knows exactly what’s going on before he gets there
