About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a military veteran, I can appreciate those who have sacrificed to serve and defend our country. Discounts may apply to those with military backgrounds (active & veteran statuses) and first responders. Friends, family, and repeat customers all deserve a discount as well.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, introductions are in order, next is identifying the problem or job a client has, after that we discuss job details: materials, time, travel (if applicable), and also ensuring I understand the client's end state: what results the work should do and look like in the end. I get materials needed (if need be), I return and perform work, client reviews work on completion, payment is made, and customer reviews are always encouraged and appreciated.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my knowledge and skill comes from hands on experience while working with other seasoned plumbers and doing my own research.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was introduced to plumbing related work while employed at Suffolk University in Boston in 2018. I was hired as a building utilities & maintenance technician and was exposed to a lot of plumbing issues. I worked closely with a master plumber to fix them.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with mostly residential customers and some commercial jobs recently.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I installed new slant/fin baseboard heaters for an apartment. I cut out the old copper lines, ran new heat PEX tubing underneath the house in a single loop from boiler hot water supply back to return. Took about 2 days.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise customers to do a little of their own research on the job or projects they have and understand more of what the final picture they desire. The more a client knows what he or she wants, the quicker we can make moves and get work done.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers should be thinking about what's most important to them: lowering costs, appearance of work, and speed for starting and completion. All these factors will determine the job flow and pricing.
