About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive. Not always the cheapest and rarely the most expensice! My licensing, and professional experinces allow me to offer additional insight during the inspection in Mold, Asbestos. Lead and general repair and maintenance; than the average Home Inspector. Purchase of a home is your Largest investment, The value of a home inspection is pricless, and one of the most cost effective investments you can make into your future. Even if the house isnt right for you, isnt it worth the $ 600 dollar investment, than puchasing a $ 300,000 home and not knowing the concerns before hand. minor repairs can run hundreds to Tens of thousands after purchase. Major and minor concerns should be known to decide on purchase or final offer. There is no one set price for an inspection. But I offer discounts on addtional testing if need or required and done at same time of Inspection.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first conversatrion will be to verify the type of home inspection needed. There is not one type of home inspection. There are many variables where additional inspections, evaluation, reporting and testing may be required, based on the type of mortgage you are getting. FHA and VA have more requirements than a traditional mortgage. This doesn't mean your inspetion will be more expensive. There are also 203k options.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed in Home Inspection, Pesticide(Termite), Mold Assesment, Asbestos Testing, I carry and have carried multiple licenses in other industries. I spent 20+years in business world, including, Sales, Property management, construction, esate management, and executive managment, etc. I currently have a Home Maintenance Service, Maintaining, managing, repairing and general construction. I'm offering these experiences as part of my Inspection business.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
As noted in education and /or training. I was encouraged by a good friend to go into this business; due to my of my experiences, ability to expalin, and my ability to work with people.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients have been from many places and cultures. We have done inspections for new home buyers, first time home buyers, PRE INSPECTIIONS before home goes on market, forclosure purchasers (flippers) Real Estate Agents, Commercial Clients and Commercial Sites, Insurance companies, Banks, Investment brokers, Managment companies, friends and family.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have a Phrase taken from a famous movie: Go into your investment with your "EYES WIDE OPEN." I want the home buyer to understand their investment , know of any concerns, if there are any There will always be unknown question, so get as many answered as possible.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be comfortable with your inspector and make sure you ask a lot of questions. Make sure your inspector has the best fit. Even if Time is of the essance, but don't be forced to make a desion on the home purchase until you are comfortable, and all of your questions are answered.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What type of Mortgage are they getting, Is any additional testing required. What is included in price. How much does addtional testing cost: ie. radon, termite, water:1) Bacteria, 2)Nitrate-Nitrite, 3) lead, Hardness, Heavy metal, sulfur. When would you like to have the inspection done, Day and time of day. Know that an average inspection takes 1.5 hours to 2 hours. Bring a not pad to take notes. No question is stupid. no question is silly. have a list of questions ready during the inspection, and as they come up.
