  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      we do not give estimates through here. so please don't ask for job prices. we have to look on site at what's going on and then we should be able to give you estimate and service fee is waived if you allows to perform the work.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      We provide a full plumbing inspection for the entire plumbing in your house on every visit especially on our first visit. With our experience and knowledge we get to teach our customers about how the plumbing system works. We give you recommendations on what customers should do in case of emergencies, where water will have to be shut off, etc. We also focus on safety first, which means that we’ll inspect your water heater, boiler, and any other appliances for proper operation and installation. We also help our customers identify any future possible leaks so that we can prevent damages to the home.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      went to school for electric and also completed 4 years required by the department of labor for plumbing.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      I've worked with several plumbing/electric/hvac companies throughout my journey, including roto rooter. I've been in the plumbing business for 8 years now

      We work with all type of customers including: (residential homes, commercial properties, landlord/tenant, etc).
