• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Envirosafe operates under what is known as Flat rate pricing. Flat rate pricing is a billing model where a service or product is provided at a fixed, predetermined price, regardless of the time and materials involved. This contrasts with time-and-materials pricing, where charges are based on the actual time spent and materials used. Flat rate pricing provides customers with a clear, upfront cost, making it easier to budget for a service. It's often favored for its simplicity and predictability, both for the customer and the service provider.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Our process consists of working with the customer to find a day and time that works best and get you scheduled. On the day of the scheduled work, the technician will give you a call when they are on the way to your location. Once they arrive they will review the project and give you a price to proceed. If you approve the price, in most cases they will be able to complete the work the same day. If the work is a larger project or special material is needed, a future date will be schedule. Our technicians have materials on their trucks to handle 90+% of all proposed work the same visit.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Our technicians receive on going training weekly. They have classroom training weekly to include hands on training as well. They receive over 50 hours of additional training every year to add to their already stellar set of skills.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  Our Founder started our company in 1979 and has continue to provide the highest quality of work since day one. All of our technicians live by our core values instilled in them by our Owner, Tony Favorito. They include, WOW experience, Family First, Integrity, and Teamwork. These values are the guiding light for how we deliver a first class experience to all of our customers.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  We work with all customers from all backgrounds. We serve residential homes, businesses and everything in between.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  Our experienced South Jersey HVAC team in Abescon, NJ is proud to showcase one of our recent projects – a full HVACconversion from oil to natural gas for a residential client. The highlight of the project was the installation of a high-efficiency Daikin – 96 2Stage Furnace with a 3.5 TON 16.2 SEER2 AC System. Our team initiated the process by safely removing the existing oil-burning equipment. This entailed disposing of the old refrigerant and disconnecting the condenser, coil, and furnace from the electrical supply and ductwork. Following this, we installed the new Daikin – 96 2 Stage Furnace. The new outside condenser was also installed, equipped with a pad, electrical disconnect, and whip. We then installed the matching coil onto the furnace and connected it to the existing ductwork. The existing lineset was flushed and pressure tested. After the heating installation, we connected the high and low voltage wiring to the indoor and outdoor units. The final stage involved firing up the system and running checks to ensure it was operating at optimal efficiency. Understanding the significant investment a new HVAC system represents for homeowners, we provide comprehensive warranties. The project came with a 12-Year Parts Limited Warranty and a Lifetime Heat Exchanger manufacturer warranty. The conversion from oil to natural gas service provides several advantages, including increased efficiency, lower costs, and an eco-friendlier operation. Natural gas is piped directly into the home, removing the need for homeowners to refill their oil tanks. It is also less volatile in terms of cost compared to oil, due to most natural gas being produced within the U.S. This project stands as a testament to our commitment to providing professional, trustworthy, and efficient service.
