      i give 6 months to 1 year warranty on every call with my price
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      First I listen to the customer plumbing issues, than I diagnose the problem. Finally i give them different solutions to their problem and an estimated price. Also let them know, my job has 6 months warranty on each job.

      i have my plumbing apprentice diploma, also I'm on my third year in a plumbing school. and i have 4 years of experience.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      i started by asking the customer what their looking for and by sharing ideas with clients. then i evaluate the situation and then i start working right away giving 100%.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      i have worked with alot different customers, customers that want i temporary fix to give them time to be prepared mentallya and monetary, others want permanent fix.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      upon arrival was shown a leak on a water heater. water heater was in really bad shape. water heater was leaking a lot. usually water heater last 8 to 10 years if you flush down the water heater once a year. this water heater had 9 years and it was time to replace it. i started by pumping the water out of the water heater and them removing and disposing old water heater. i supplied and installed new water heater with a 4" flue pipe and with an expansion tank. expansion tank has to be installed because customer had a Pressure Reducing Value at water meter of the house.

      To be open minded about solutions and different advice that a professional can give them.

      estimate price, availability and time frame to complete the job.
