About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive and they will never be overcharged
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inspecting the service or job to be contracted, discussing options and pricing that best suits the customers needs and budget.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did a 5 year apprenticeship and attended BCCC to test for my HHS and ICS Plumbing Inspectors license. I worked with an HVAC Company until I was experienced enough to obtain my EPA Refrigerant Certification.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started in 1984 in the plumbing industry for my deceased father in law
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with everyone from young renters, first time homeowners, business professionals, elderly individuals and special needs individuals.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently went on a service call to look at an air conditioning unit. Several contractors insisted the unit needed to be replaced due to it constantly freezing up. As I made a complete diagnosis, I found the coil to be clogged preventing the proper airflow across the coil which lead to the freezing problem. I cleaned the coil thoroughly and made sure the unit was properly charged. The unit has since been working properly and cooling wonderfully and the homeowner saves over $3000. It was a great moral feeling knowing the customer was not ripped off!
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask about experience. Make sure the professional is insured and bonded. Discuss in detail all options and best pricing for the job.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Can I afford to do this project at this time? Can I afford not to do this project at this time? How will it benefit me/us to proceed ? Will we feel secure and at ease by doing this project?
