About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for emergency calls such as a no heat or no air conditioning or a water leak is 165 dollars. For first time clients receive 15% off and senior citizens and veterans always receive 10% off. Preventable maintenance (PM’s). I charge 135 dollars, first time clients 15 % off. Coil cleanings I also charge 135 dollars. First time clients 15 % off. We install thermostats for 120 dollars
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always introduce myself and ask them how are they doing and then ask for location of the problem if it’s a emergency service call. If it’s an install job I’ll ask many questions such as square footage of home if it’s for new furnace or condenser or mini split, Heat pumps. I’ll ask series of questions such as why they would like these certain types of equipment installed. I will tell them the benefits they will receive for with us, set up an appointment to see the home or work place and go over with them of the locations of installs to see if they are satisfied.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and EPA certified HVAC technicians
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always had the passion to become an Hvac technician, I love how it’s mixed with so many different trades, such as electricians, plumbers even carpenter
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with very kind and wonderful homeowners and business owners.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My most fond project I’ve done was installing a 4 ton mini split, at johnstone supply house in Lowell MA. Just cause it’s my favorite supply house to get my tools and supplies, got it done in one day, had to use a crane to get it high in the side wall of the store. I operated the crane myself. Good times
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask the right questions, like how many years they been in the trade if there licensed or certified for this kind of work. Ask about rebates and warranties.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Think about the value of your comfort at your home or work space. Good comfort comes from good temperature. Think about if this is really the right decision. Is comfort really important to you. Really make sure this is what you want before consulting with a professional.
