  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      We work very hard to be fair and host. We have consistent and competitive pricing against all other licensed and insured companies. Many companies in the lakes region have no general liability and workers comp, we can not be competitive against these types of companies.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      From inception call through to project competition our team is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. Depending on the project needed you may have a dedicated property/project manager assigned to your overall project to help ensure communication is at the epicenter of what we do.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      Depending on the department, our staff has 10+ years of experience in their dedicated areas.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      After moving to the area and being disheartened by companies taking advantage of others, getting no call backs, etc- We set out to create a new standard.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      We work with clients of all varied backgrounds and affluents. We are not an ego company. We are happy to be of service to anyone.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      For our construction division, we performed a very high-level whole house remodel. The project took 6 months. We completely transformed the home of a high-profile client looking to bring a touch of the western planes to the NH region.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      Do your due diligence. Many "builders" were landscapers last year and many cleaners have no idea what to use on varying stones such as marble vs granite.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      What type of service their family needs. With four unique divisions we can handle everything from remodeling to concierge and cleaning services.
