  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      We offer free estimates for HVAC system replacement Plumbing water heaters and Electrical generators and service panel replacements
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      Once the customer contacts us we go over our safety procedures. We always check where they would like us to park and make sure to ask if they have pets in their home. This protects our technicians and our furry friends. On the day of service our technician contacts the customer when he is 30 minutes away. Apron arrival the technician will follow safety protocols. The technician will go over financing options and our EcoGreen Home Essentials plan.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      We have a combined 45 years in the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical industry.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      My father was in the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical business all of his life so I guess you could say I was brought up to be in it myself.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
      We have worked with all types of customers from new homes to customers that just need a drain unclogged or pipe repaired, an outlet replaced or an HVAC unit repaired
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
      We recently did a full HVAC system replacement with our new air sanitizer and some added duct work, it took our trained technicians 6 hours to complete the job. The customer was extremely satisfied and says they can already tell a difference in their home. They signed up for our Eco Essentials plan and will be a life long EcoGreen customer.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      Make sure you are hiring a trusted local service provider.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      Do they need financing and does the contractor provide it, How long will the project take and how long will the contractor be in the home, and is the contractor licensed and insured.
