Introduction

Hello, we’re Ryan and Josiah. Master Plumber Ryan has been in the business for over 20 years. His favorite projects – anything involving troubleshooting and analytical thinking. Josiah has a Bachelors in Business and Accounting from KU. He worked as an accountant for over a decade before moving into a business analyst role, and recently, a UX/UI consultant. In 2024, Ryan invited Josiah to start their own plumbing business together—Ryan’s Plumbing Pros is the result. We’re two pros who love to help people troubleshoot their problems.

About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ryan's Plumbing Pros offers competitive and fair pricing, ensuring customers receive excellent value for their services.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is assessing the size of the job. This is often done with a visit by our professional plumbers, but a rough estimate can sometimes be made with pictures of the job itself.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ryan has over 20 years of experience as a master plumber.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ryan began as an apprentice to Doug, another master plumber.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with residential and commercial customers to complete new construction, remodels, and repair work.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently completed a job replacing a kitchen faucet and repairing a leak in the bathroom. The work took an afternoon.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hiring a professional can be expensive, so it is always wise to shop around. If the price is simply too much, many tutorial videos on Youtube can help guide you through the more straightforward repairs.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Make certain you know what you need the pro to accomplish. Writing it out on a piece of paper, even a single item, can help you convey it over the phone.
