About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are subject to the scope of work. Discounts may be available for anyone that is low-income, disabled, or a veteran.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the introduction, I like to walk through the job request with the client to get a better understanding of their needs. After the walkthrough, I explain the work order and materials that are necessary to complete the job. Once the client understands the work order, I then explain the cost and time it will take. When the customer agrees to what I have presented them we move on to schedule a start date and estimated completion date. A progress report and photos are provided to the customer as requested.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a Realtor, Property Manager, and Home Improvement Contractor for over 5 years in Massachusetts. I've worked on small apartments, single-family homes, and large Class A commercial properties.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 11 years old, the lady that owned the house my family and I lived in needed a helper to clean up a yard. Once I saw the difference my work made I was hooked and ever since then I've always enjoyed fixing things and making them look better.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with wealthy and low-income clients as well as institutional and mom-and-pop investors. I also work with Spanish-speaking clients who have difficulty finding suitable contractors that understand their needs and desires.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Back in May, a client reached out to me when she purchased a distressed single-family home that required new floors, paint, updated electrical, and a tremendous amount of yard cleaning. The client already committed to moving into a new family within one month of purchasing the distressed property and I had to make sure to get the job done in time. Within 3 weeks, all the interior work was completed, including replacing the doorbell, the bathroom exhaust fan, and updating the laundry room (these items were added after I learned about the one-month deadline).
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Having a clear idea of what your needs and desires are a huge help for any contractor. It's easier to do the job when we understand exactly what the client wants to be done. If you're unsure about what needs to get done, having a picture or several reference pictures can help a lot.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers should understand their budget and their project, however, I have no problem helping a customer that doesn't fully understand how much the job will cost or what type of materials should be used.
