  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      Whether you have a problem with your heating, air conditioning, or plumbing, a diagnosis is $89. We are currently running a special with plumbing, so if you decide to go with our repairs after we arrive, we’ll WAIVE the plumbing diagnostic fee as a courtesy to our Thumbtack customers! We also offer a 5% discount for seniors and veterans! Every time we go out on a call, the situation is going to be a little different from other calls. Pricing determines on the parts and labor needed for the repair. For more information, please reach out to us!
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      We need to speak with the homeowner to set up an account, and then we'll send a professional out to the home to evaluate what needs to be done. The professional will then go over options and pricing putting you in control, and will never start any work without your permission!
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      All our field technicians are properly trained. We have a state of the art learning lab on site at our head quarters, where all field personnel receive ongoing training from seasoned, experienced professionals.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      Mr. Jenkins bought Morris Heating and Air from Luther Morris in 1990 and continued to grow the business as Morris-Jenkins Heating and Air Conditioning. He added core values of Honesty, Integrity, Fairness, and Respect and employed our purpose -- to make it easy for our customers to do business with us. We also added a full service Plumbing department in 2016!

      We have worked with tons of different customers over the years! We specialize in residential service and do not work on commercial systems or properties.

      Make sure that you are confident in the professional's training and support. You want to pick a professional who will stand behind their work.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      It depends on the project - but choosing someone you feel comfortable working with, who is willing to answer your questions (in a way that is easy to understand when you aren't in the industry) is a must!
