About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary depending on the type of installation, the complexity of the job, and the model of water heater the customer chooses. I always provide a detailed quote before I begin, so the customer knows exactly what to expect. I also explain any additional fees that may apply, such as modifications to gas or water connections if necessary. My goal is to be transparent with costs and ensure the customer receives quality service at the best possible price. I also give discounts if payments are made in cash. We could negotiate, ideally both parties should be fair and reasonable.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new client begins with an initial consultation to understand their needs and evaluate the space where the water heater, leak repairs, or Garbage Disposal Installations, etc. will be installed. I then recommend the best options based on their budget. After details are agreed upon, I schedule the installation, which includes removing the old equipment such as the water heater, installing the new heater, making the gas and water connections, and performing operational tests. Finally, I explain to the client how to use and maintain the system to ensure its long-term performance.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training in this job comes from my years of practical experience in the installation and maintenance of hot water systems in more plumbing jobs, both remodeling and new construction, I have learned about the operation of tankless heaters, such as those of the brand, through research and work in the field. In addition, I have kept up to date with new technologies and best practices to offer safe and efficient installations to my clients.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work because I have always been interested in equipment installation and maintenance, home improvement, energy efficiency, etc. At first, I learned at the companies where I worked, then I learned and researched on my own, watching tutorials and gaining experience with small projects. Over time, I took on more complex jobs, such as installing tankless water heaters, which allowed me to develop more specialized skills. I like this type of work because of the satisfaction of seeing immediate results, the technical challenge, the energy savings, etc.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of clients, from homeowners looking to upgrade their hot water system, to businesses requiring installations in new builds. I have also served clients looking for more efficient solutions to reduce their energy and water usage. Every project is different, but I always focus on offering a personalized service, ensuring the client gets the right system for their needs.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently replaced a traditional water heater with a modern tankless model from the Rinnai brand. I liked this project because it improved energy efficiency and the delivery of continuous hot water in the home. The work included disassembling the old heater, installing new gas and water connections, and setting up the system for optimal performance. It took me approximately 5 hours to complete the installation, including testing to ensure proper operation. It was an interesting experience because I learned more about tankless heater technology and maintenance.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice to a client looking to hire a supplier for this type of work is to look for someone with proven experience and good references. It is important that they are familiar with well-known brands such as Rinnai. I would also recommend asking for a detailed quote and making sure it includes installation, operational tests, and a warranty on the work and equipment. A good supplier should be transparent, answer questions clearly, and offer solutions that are appropriate to the client’s needs.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
      1. What is my actual hot water need? (Number of people in the home, simultaneous hot water use, etc.) 2. Do I want to replace an existing system or do a new installation? (If it’s a replacement, it’s important to know the current type of heater.) 3. What is my budget? (Consider both the cost of the equipment and the installation.) 4. Do I have access to natural gas, propane, or just electricity? (This influences the selection of the right heater.) 5. What energy efficiency am I looking for? (Tankless models save energy, but there are different levels of efficiency.
