About Us
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with new customers is to meet them, assess the situation, and provide them with as many viable options as their problem may have. Some people want the nicest things for their forever home and sometimes I am dealing with a landlord who wants the industry standard done to get the tenants back up and running. We like to review all options and find the optimal solution for each client and their home.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have acquired my P1 unlimited plumbing license, Level 4 septic installation/repair license in the state of NC.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a third generation plumber/water treatment technician. My Grandfather was into water treatment and my father has a business doing solely water treatment in another state now.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I really enjoy the larger projects for service plumbing which is usually a tankless water heater installation. Two days has been the longest it's taken for me to retrofit a tankless water heater for a home.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers should make sure the company they work with is licensed and insured.
