About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our professional technicians will arrive at your home to assess the issue thoroughly. Once we have a full understanding of the situation, we’ll provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work and pricing. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve the proposal before we begin any work. The price we quote is the price you pay—no hidden fees or surprises.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From your first call, our friendly office team gathers the necessary details about your project or issue and schedules your appointment. You'll receive email and SMS notifications as reminders, along with a notification when your technician is en route—including their photo and live location tracking. Once on-site, our technician will take the time to understand your needs, walk you through your options, and present a clear, professional proposal. Once you approve, we get to work—always ensuring the job is done right the first time and leaving your home cleaner than we found it.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our plumbers are certified through the State of Montana Plumber’s Board and have completed official training and licensing requirements. We continuously invest in ongoing training to stay up to date with industry standards and best practices.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I never planned on becoming a plumber, but fate had other ideas—specifically, a burst pipe, and a panicked attempt at DIY repairs. It all started when I tried to fix a "minor" leak under the sink, only to twist the wrong valve which unleashed a geyser that flooded my kitchen, short-circuited my coffee maker, and somehow sent water spraying out of my ceiling fan. The emergency plumber who arrived took one look at the disaster, handed me a wrench, and said, "If you’re gonna cause this much plumbing chaos, you might as well get paid for it." And just like that, a new career was born.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
We serve both residential and commercial customers. If you have plumbing, we’re here to help! Whether it’s a home, office, restaurant, or new construction project, we have the expertise to get the job done.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We’re especially proud of our ongoing work with Habitat for Humanity in Missoula. Giving back to our community is important to us, and we’ve had the privilege of donating our services to help provide safe, reliable plumbing for families in need.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always choose a licensed and insured contractor. Check online reviews, especially Google reviews, to see real customer experiences. A reputable plumber should be transparent with pricing, communicate clearly, and stand by their work.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What’s the problem or project? – Are you dealing with a leak, clog, low water pressure, or planning a remodel? Be as specific as possible. Where is the issue located? – Is the problem in the kitchen, bathroom, basement, or outdoors? Knowing the exact location helps diagnose the issue faster. When did the issue start? – Has it been a gradual problem, or did something suddenly go wrong? If it's been ongoing, note any patterns (e.g., only happens when using multiple fixtures). Have you tried any fixes? – Did you attempt a DIY repair, use drain cleaners, or adjust any valves? This can help avoid repeated steps. What’s the age and condition of your plumbing? – Older homes may have outdated pipes that need replacement rather than simple repairs. What’s your budget? – Have a rough idea of what you’re willing to spend and ask about pricing structures (flat rate vs. hourly). Are there any warranties or guarantees? – If dealing with recent work, appliances, or fixtures, check if they’re still under warranty. What are your timeline expectations? – Do you need an urgent fix, or is this a planned project with flexibility?
