About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based off the project. I do have an hourly price. But I will also give an estimate for the project if that is what a client wants. I do have a small fee for estimates as it takes time to go to customer(s) home or business to diagnose problem customer may have or discuss what the client is looking to have done, then price materials and estimate time to start and complete job then write an detailed estimate for customer to know exactly what will be done or may need to be done and fuel is getting expensive these days. I do offer Military and 1st Responders a Discount as well to show my Appreciation for what they do for us.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact customer to find out there needs and then schedule a home visit with them and which I will work around there schedule.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the plumbing trade for 15+ years now started as a helper with my Friends older brother who went out on his own after 🌀 Katrina to small companies and big companies. My education and training have been hand's on in the field training. I've been trained by different plumbers with different skills. From being a helper to a Foreman in the Local 60 running 4 projects on the same job site. A middle school, Elementary school, Chill Water system for both buildings and the site work from the 6” cast iron mainline sewer to the 6” Ductile piping for the sprinkler system per building. I know I do not know everything or every way about plumbing or everything but I am very knowledgeable and not afraid to listen to other thoughts, suggestions and opinions nor am I afraid to just Do It and Get It Done is Cleanest as I possibly can and take pride in it while doing!
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with out being my best friend’s brothers helper in February of 2006 right when I got back from Seattle from 🌀 Katrina! After that I I worked for and with a lot of different non licensed and licensed journeymen and master plumbers. It’s rough coming up in this trade. Some people don’t want to teach you what they know and some want to teach you and show you how to go about getting it done! I learned a lot of different ways to go about different aspects of my trade. I also been in and around all phases of construction for the past 29 years since I was 7 years old.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with and for All type of customers. That are in the construction trade, medical field, friends, family, off shore, lawyers, doctors. From Customers that have emergencies to customers that want a bathroom remodeled. I’ll work with anyone and be very honest with them no matter what even if I have to tell them No Don’t just band aid! Then explain my reason for it.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Honestly, I am fond of all my work! Learn from your mistakes and others mistakes. Which just pushes me to do My Best and Try to make it as Perfect as I Possibly can!
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check references, reviews, licencing also make sure they're insured! It is very important that your pro is local, Licensed, Honest and Does what He or she says will be done.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What's the cost of the service? I believe that would definitely be a first question. Never call a pro to do your job and not get a price for service you're going to receive. They're some pro's that will do your job and give you an outrageous invoice after work is completed and that makes the customer obligated to pay. Do you warranty your work? How long is your warranty? Will you explain to me how will the task be handled? I believe all my customers are number one. I work for them. My clients needs are very important to me! I Love that I have the Ability and knowledge to Help my customers from being in need of service to wanting a new bathroom design!
