We’re best known for fast response times and our ability to provide focused solutions to drain & sewer problems. • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  We provide free estimates and don't perform any work without your authorization. We quote our flat rate prices from our menu pricebook, offering ease and peace of mind for our customers.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We'll send a fully-equipped service truck truck out at no cost. Our technician will diagnose the problem, let you know everything that's involved and offer services to fix the issue. If you approve the work, he'll stay and do the job right then and there!
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Our technicians are all certified drain cleaners on electromechanical cable machines, high pressure hydro-jetters and more! They bring years of experience servicing and cleaning drainage systems and are prepared to handle the most challenging of drain and sewer problems.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  Zoom Drain was founded in 1995 in PA, and was so successful that it spread its principles of fast and focused 24/7 service, customer service and integrity nationwide! Zoom Drain St. Louis location is owned and operated by a St. Louis local, passionate about his community and this great city!
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  We service it all! Sanitary sewer or storm sewer, interior or exterior, residential or commercial! Apartments/Multi-Family, Single Family Residential, Commercial Restaurants, Industrial, Schools, Retail, etc.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  Drain/Sewer work can be nuanced and is so important to your health, that corners should not be cut. Explain thoroughly and show your provider the full extent of the issues you're having to help them accurately diagnose the problem. ALWAYS inform your technician if you have used any chemical drain cleaners prior to their service, as these are extremely dangerous to techs.
• What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  Have I had this problem before? Age of home/plumbing? City sewer or septic system?
