  Listening to my customers needs are key. Giving them what they want is my job. I provide them with respect and excellent craftsmanship. This applies to new or returning customers.

• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  Doing the Bath Crashers episodes have been very rewarding. Those are not easy jobs to take on. I recently had to move an entire bathroom from one side of a bedroom to another. This involves completely moving pipe around, and not just moving a toilet 2 feet.
